April 2015

[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. I noticed that your username, "Hensall, Yorkshire", may not meet Wikipedia's username policy because it is the name of a city and gives the appearance that you are editing on behalf of city government. If you believe that your username does not violate our policy, please leave a note here explaining why. As an alternative, you may ask for a change of username, or you may simply create a new account for editing. Thank you. —C.Fred (talk) 22:11, 22 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hey. :) I don't believe my username violates terms of use, as Hensall is not a "city" but a village, of no more than a few hundred inhabitants. Thanks for the message.
It might be a good idea to put a disclaimer on your user page that you aren't affiliated with the village. —C.Fred (talk) 22:38, 22 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion nomination of Hirst Courtney

[edit]

Hello Hensall, Yorkshire,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Hirst Courtney for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Vvvaggot (talk) 12:53, 30 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
