Blog spamming

[edit]

Information icon Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Raimundo Arruda Sobrinho. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include, but are not limited to, links to personal websites, links to websites with which you are affiliated (whether as a link in article text, or a citation in an article), and links that attract visitors to a website or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the page, please discuss it on the associated talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. Haoreima (talk) 09:19, 9 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@Haoreima, please be careful when you are posting such messages because it was not a blog spamming. If you check carefully, the link is actually the blog/site of Raimundo Arruda Sobrinho and has been there under the "External links" section. Herilakeri (talk) 19:46, 9 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I understand your consideration but both of us need to analyse WP:NOBLOGS further. Besides, I doubt the notability of the person (article's topic) as there are little amount of reliable sources cited. The Facebook archive link seems to be unreliable too. Because it's not a third party source as well. I have no bad intentions! Thanks❤! Haoreima (talk) 20:00, 9 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
