Welcome[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia Highmileage. Pleased to read, that you are going to offer up some of your photo-stock and place it on Wikicommons (have spotted the fx4 already). One tip that might make it easier, is to create a separate folder of images that you are intending to upload. Then consider if each one might look better cropped. Do that operation first. To realise during a multiple upload that an image or two needs a bit of work is frustrating and takes the fun out of it. All the best --Aspro 17:46, 13 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

  • About replacing: People often have done a lot of work to get pictures in an article. It would be a good idea to discuss it on an article talk page before replacing an image. Often, you can also move the existing image to another location within the article. Whatever you do, make sure you have got the copyright information of your images sorted and also make sure you've given them solid descriptions. - Mgm|(talk) 09:47, 16 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
