The article didn't explain why it was particularly notable. When you write an article, you must include sources in the news, in books, or in reliable websites demonstrating the notability of the article. If it does fulfill this requirement, then what I'd like you to do is to write an improved article in a user subpage and tell me when you're done writing it.
