You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Hipster Beard Culture requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about something invented/coined/discovered by the article's creator or someone they know personally, and it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. A tag has been placed on Hipster Beard Culture, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

About your edits[edit]

Hello. I'm an administrator on Wikipedia. I saw that you created an article, Hipster Beard Culture, which is similar to an article created by another user, Teamworkconsumerculture (talk · contribs). On a talk page, it was mentioned that this is a university classroom project. I'm going to assume you two are classmates or something like that. The alternative, that one person is operating both accounts, is known as sock puppetry. Although editors are allowed to use multiple accounts under certain circumstances, they should be disclosed and not edit the same articles – or create the same article under different titles. If there are different people behind these accounts and you are part of a classroom project, it would be good if you followed Wikipedia's advice for students.
