Thanks for creating this map. For the purpose of adoption into other languages, could you upload a label-less version of this map, and/or an SVG version as well? —Tokek (talk) 04:44, 15 November 2009 (UTC)
Thanks for taking the time to improve the route map for the Sanyo Shinkansen. If I could make one request... could you please use hyphens in the station names as they are written in the Wikipedia article (e.g. "Higashi-Hiroshima" instead of "Higashi Hiroshima")? Also, I think it is best not to include the train types ("100, 300, 500..." etc) on the route map, as this means that the map will need to be updated each time new rolling stock is introduced or old rolling stock is withdrawn (e.g. the 100 series in 2012). But thanks for all your time. --DAJF (talk) 09:03, 7 September 2010 (UTC)
- I see... I will revise them in a few days. Thank you. --Hisagi (talk) 09:22, 7 September 2010 (UTC)

[edit]Please do not use styles that are unusual, inappropriate or difficult to understand in articles, as you did in JR–Maglev. There is a Manual of Style, and edits should not deliberately go against it without special reason. Thank you. --DAJF (talk) 15:17, 22 July 2012 (UTC)
Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to use disruptive, inappropriate or hard-to-read formatting, as you did at JR–Maglev, you may be blocked from editing. This is your last warning. The next time you remove or blank page content or templates from Wikipedia, as you did at Shinkansen, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. --DAJF (talk) 13:30, 23 July 2012 (UTC)
Re your shinkansen route map
[edit]Hi. I'm afraid your shinkansen route map at File:Shinkansen map 20110312 en.png is not an accurate portrayal of English usage. None of the JR operating companies (including JR Kyushu and JR Hokkaido) use macrons in their official names, and the use of diacritics in the line names too is frankly distracting for regular English readers. If you want to improve it and remove the macrons, then that is of course fine, but please don't assume that English usage has to copy Japanese textbook style. Thanks. --DAJF (talk) 15:28, 22 July 2012 (UTC)
- If you insist that the macrons are redundant, you should change page names to no-macrons. Ones with macrons are standard in the English Wikipedia. --Hisagi (talk) 13:21, 23 July 2012 (UTC)
