Guangzhou, Guangdong, Canton

you have deleted several of my posts and reverted them to incorrect information. The information you reverted to is under discussion and also provides NO legitimate or applicable references and you only stated you deleted mine because of lack of references, which is bigotry, bias, predjudice, and is discrimitory.

What I posted doesnt need references anymore than what you reposted does, but lacks. Please place a "Citation Needed" next to the areas you believe need a reference rather than simply spamming your racist propaganda all over Wikipedia

this is the English "Language" Wikipedia, not the "British Propaganda" Wikipedia. Please try petitioning Wikipedia to create the "White Man's Wikipedia" if you believe your lies need to be published or that your superiority supercedes world truth--L31 G0NG L41 (talk) 13:07, 24 September 2009 (UTC)

Everyone everywhere (except you) who have seen any map published before 1949 will see that Canton is the city of Guangzhou and not the province of Guangdong/Kwangtung. Your blindness to simple historical facts is absolutely ridiculous. Your personal attacks cannot be tolerated on Wikipedia! HkCaGu (talk) 15:25, 24 September 2009 (UTC)
Easy on the vandalism charges, eh? This looks like a content dispute. --NeilN talkcontribs 16:57, 24 September 2009 (UTC)
Look, it's one person against not just everybody, but historical fact (that the kettle called itself "black kettle" when speaking in the pot's language). It's not my intention to call it vandalism, but that is just what UW Error Level 3 was determined to be. When it gets to that level, it's beyond simply content dispute or edit warring. Also, it isn't just mechanically the third level. His/her tone and logic also send him/her on the way to a permanent ban. The rest of the world has let him/her rant long enough and nobody has struck out his Talk comments. HkCaGu (talk) 17:19, 24 September 2009 (UTC)

Hello, HkCaGu. This message is being sent to inform you that there currently is a discussion at Wikipedia:Wikiquette alerts regarding an issue with which you may have been involved. The discussion is about the topic Wikipedia:Wikiquette_alerts#User:L31_G0NG_L41. Thank you. --NeilN talkcontribs 03:48, 25 September 2009 (UTC)

That's an interesting connection. One thing is clear - both editors are not very good with English. Baseball Bugs What's up, Doc? carrots 17:53, 6 July 2009 (UTC)

Hi,

I noticed you reverted my additions to insular area as "no longer true". I'm just curious what this means. (I'm also wondering, if it's "no longer" true, might it belong lower down in the article under background/history?)

NW SEA-PEK

I think the IPs are at it again with the direct flights for SEA. However, the IP continue to say PEK will begin March 2010 assuming that NW will begin SEA-PEK nonstop flights. However, there no SEA-PEK nonstop flights on NWA.com from March 2010 (i even looked for flights for June 2010) but you will still have to go thru NRT. There is a discussion at the talk page but apparently IPs continue to ignore the same matter in the above thread. Charmedaddict (talk) 22:52, 26 July 2009 (UTC)

If you get a chance, can you take a look at this discussion? Your input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Charmedaddict (talk) 21:29, 30 July 2009 (UTC)

Continental Micronesia HQ

Will you be back at Guam at some point in the future? If/when you are, please photograph the Continental Micronesia headquarters in Tamuning. I have the mainline CO and ExpressJet HQ buildings, but not the CO Mike buildings, and I cannot find a good CO Mike HQ pic on Flickr. Thanks! WhisperToMe (talk) 03:27, 1 August 2009 (UTC)

  • Oh, ok. Do you know if there are any Wikipedians who live on Guam? If there are any one may get a photo sometime soon. WhisperToMe (talk) 05:37, 1 August 2009 (UTC)

San Francisco International Airport GAR notice

San Francisco International Airport has been nominated for a good article reassessment. Please leave your comments and help us to return the article to good article quality. If concerns are not addressed during the review period, the good article status will be removed from the article. Reviewers' concerns are here.--TonyTheTiger (t/c/bio/WP:CHICAGO/WP:LOTM) 01:35, 2 August 2009 (UTC)

Can you check quality my article

I knew you knew good English and can able to figured out my article can be good enough to be 'Wikipedian'. Recently, you didn't trying criticizeing my article and helping improving. Can you check? Thanks, I appreciate. —Preceding unsigned comment added by B767-500 (talkcontribs) 08:33, 5 August 2009 (UTC)

Can you take a look at Punta Cana International Airport if you get a chance. I looked up flights from Punta Cana to DTW/MSP and it says the flights are operated by Northwest Airlines with NW flight number. However, serveral IPs and one editor continues to revert edits saying that the flights to DTW/MSP are now Delta. I tried to explain to them that they are 2 seperate carriers for now but they said that DL and NW are now togther. Thanks! B'ham35242 (talk) 03:43, 10 August 2009 (UTC)

United SEA-SIN

IP editors are continuing with the nonstop only issue. I have started a discussion about this on the talk page. Please add your thoughts. Narita is NOT a hub/focus city of any kind for United and the flight uses the same flight number (UA 875/876) and it uses the same Boeing 777-200 on both legs so Singapore can be add as a destination from SEA. IF NW PEK/HKG are going to remain, then why not SIN. Thanks! B'ham35242 (talk) 22:27, 10 August 2009 (UTC)

Guam

When do you plan to go back to Guam? Do you know any other Wikipedians who are in Guam? Thanks WhisperToMe (talk) 22:57, 17 August 2009 (UTC)

  • I found a Guamanian photographer on Flickr. I sent a Flickr Mail message to him requesting a photograph of the Co Mike headquarters. I'm hoping that he will fulfill the request. WhisperToMe (talk) 08:08, 30 August 2009 (UTC)
  • In the meantime I got a free image of the airport itself: File:GuamAntonioWonPatAirport.jpg - It turns out there is a photo of the old terminal of Antonio B. Won Pat Airport on Flickr - That is the Co Mike HQ. However it is copyrighted, and I'm trying to get the author to change the license of the photo. WhisperToMe (talk) 00:01, 1 September 2009 (UTC)
  • http://ftp2.census.gov/geo/maps/blk2000/st66_Guam/County/66010_Guam/CBC66010_009.pdf shows the dividing line between Tamuning and Barrigada. If this is combined with a map of the airport, it shows that the majority of the airport property is in Barrigada. I'm not sure exactly which structure in the satellite map is the new terminal, and I can't use street view since street view is not yet available in Guam. WhisperToMe (talk) 11:14, 1 September 2009 (UTC)
  • BTW User:Alfred Lau is a new Wikipedian who is from Guam. He could help with photo requests and article sourcing from Guam. If you want you and he could work on Guam articles together. WhisperToMe (talk) 12:16, 1 September 2009 (UTC)
  • I found an image of the Korean Air 801 Memorial in Asan on Flickr (File:KALMemorialAsanGuam.jpg). The person who took the photo relicensed it, so I uploaded it to the Commons. WhisperToMe (talk) 22:12, 19 September 2009 (UTC)

Thanks!

Thanks for showing me that, I'll try to follow those guidelines in the future. Also do you know if Continental is really ending SAL? It appears like it. —Preceding unsigned comment added by FL787 (talkcontribs) 03:25, 20 August 2009 (UTC)

An exciting opportunity to get involved!

As a member of the Aviation WikiProject or one of its subprojects, you may be interested in testing your skills in the Aviation Contest! I created this contest, not to pit editor against editor, but to promote article improvement and project participation and camraderie. Hopefully you will agree with its usefulness. Sign up here, read up on the rules here, and discuss the contest here. The first round of the contest may not start until September 1st-unless a large number of editors signup and are ready to compete immediately! Since this contest is just beginning, please give feedback here, or let me know what you think on my talkpage. - Trevor MacInnis contribs 00:39, 22 August 2009 (UTC)

Flag carrier and Northwest/Delta merger

Hi - I noticed you reverted my edit to Flag carrier; I've started a discussion on the talk page because I believe the revert was incorrect, and I wanted to invite you to provide justifications for your alternate opinion so the community can decide how to best handle this issue on Talk:Flag carrier. I intend to restore my edit in a week or so pending the outcome of the discussion on the talk page.

NWA / DTW-AMS-BOM

Hey, you've been involved in a lot of the discussions dealing with direct/indirect flights... Could I ask a favour? Could you confirm to a rather obnoxious user User:Druid.raul that when there is a plane change (from a 332 to a 333 no less) it means it's not a direct flight? Plenty of his elegant words on my talk (and Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport edit history. Thanks! Jasepl (talk) 19:57, 2 September 2009 (UTC)

Thanks!I figured it would take someone besides me to get the user in question to actually go with the guideline. And a hidden note's been added. Let's see if it helps. Thanks. Jasepl (talk) 20:08, 2 September 2009 (UTC)

One IP removed HKG from the NW destinations saying "per consensus on several talk pages"...i really don't see a consensus reached at WP:AIRPORTS and a consensus was never reached on this matter so i restored HKG. 74.183.173.237 (talk) 00:59, 15 September 2009 (UTC)

Okay, I have removed NW SFO-NRT-PVG but i think that about the only NW NRT flight listed. Should we remove the UA flights thru NRT as well? 74.183.173.237 (talk) 02:25, 15 September 2009 (UTC)

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform several reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. When in dispute with another editor you should first try to discuss controversial changes to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. Should that prove unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection. Please stop the disruption, otherwise you may be blocked from editing. 74.183.173.237 (talk) 04:27, 19 September 2009 (UTC)

The same IP won't quit adding Southwest and he also fails to discuss at talk page. I have requested the page for semi-protection. 74.183.173.237 (talk) 04:45, 19 September 2009 (UTC)

American Airlines LaGuardia hub

Hey! I need your help again. One IP continue to add LGA as a hub for AA. Me and 2 other users disagree with this. a discussion was started at the American Airlines talk page to settle. Please comment on it when you get a chance. Regards! 74.183.173.237 (talk) 03:52, 20 September 2009 (UTC)

WPTC Assessment

Hi! Since you have recently posted to WT:WPTC or otherwise been involved with tropical cyclone articles, please nominate and review pages at Wikipedia:WikiProject Tropical cyclones/Assessment so we can revive this process. Thanks in advance, –Juliancolton | Talk 14:20, 22 September 2009 (UTC)

IP making DL/NW changes

Can you keep an eye on IP 76.95.138.32, who has been changing every NW flight to Delta as the airlines have NOT merged yet. I have reverted most of them but i think he will continue to make more changes. Thanks! Snoozlepet (talk) 00:52, 1 October 2009 (UTC)

Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport Southwest Airlines dispute Round 2

A user continues to make the same dispute by adding Southwest Airlines as hub in the infox. I think the IP who is now editing under an account. Could you watch the page for a while until we can get this straightened out. I have put it on my watchlist. Cheers! Snoozlepet (talk) 15:12, 6 October 2009 (UTC)

I was just make simple mistake (I didn't read carefully article), but nothing to worry about it because of 'No damage done'. Thanks. —Preceding unsigned comment added by B767-500 (talkcontribs) 19:18, 7 October 2009 (UTC)

NRT a UA focus city??

A user added Narita as a focus city for United Airlines....is it really?? Snoozlepet (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 01:54, 14 October 2009 (UTC).

Focus city is come back again: Seasonal Focus City. Because of UA add back two desitnations, TPE and PEK, which they before have a direct service from US. --B767-500 (talk) 05:44, 14 October 2009 (UTC)

Hong Kong

Well done. SilkTork *YES! 14:49, 14 November 2009 (UTC)

Freedom Air is defunct as stated at the respective article as well as here: [1]. Best regards Per aspera ad Astra (talk) 17:46, 17 November 2009 (UTC)

Looks like the wikilink pointed to the wrong "Freedom Air". HkCaGu (talk) 17:52, 17 November 2009 (UTC)

UA domestic flights using G at SFO

Are you sure? By looking at united.com; I barely seen some domestic operating out of Boarding Area G....yes, i know that some domestic flights arriving into G but not departing from it. 74.183.173.237 (talk) 05:11, 18 November 2009 (UTC)

Vacation

Are you in Guam at the moment, or are you vacationing elsewhere? I thought I was going to get a photo of the Continental Micronesia HQ when I found a Guam user on Flickr, but she hasn't posted a new photo in months... WhisperToMe (talk) 01:57, 5 December 2009 (UTC)

  • NVM - I realize you are in Europe right now. BTW, I plan to be in Europe for a long period of time in 2010. WhisperToMe (talk) 19:30, 5 December 2009 (UTC)

DL operated by NW flights

Hey. I have started a discussion regarding on how to list such flights at WP:AIRPORTS and WP:AIRLINES. Apparently, people are beginning to want to list some of the route swaps as "Delta operated by Northwest". Regards! Snoozlepet (talk) 14:27, 16 December 2009 (UTC)

Palau

You edited the page of Palau, which I had edited before you did. I have oppinion about your edition. I think it is not correct to take that Japanese and Okinawans and Koreans are different each at that time. Especially, Okinawans are not separate from Japanese then and even now. From such points of view, it is not correct to take them completely separately. I would like to hear your view about this. I would rather see your opinion on my page or the note of Palau.

December 2009

Ok can you tell me how I'm vandalizing Wikipedia?! I've just simply tried to clean some things up but you keep popping up saying I'm doing stuff wrong. For example, the Aeromexico thing, I wasn't told ONCE that I spelled it wrong; but you just came in with a smart ass attitude like you know it all. Well remember you're not the only Wikipedia editor. So before you come yell at me, maybe you should think first because obviously you're not very good at that! ATController 04:48, 29 December 2009 (UTC) —Preceding unsigned comment added by ZHoover123 (talkcontribs)

How is it to clean up something when you turn an official name (corrrect) into a name format of your liking (incorrect)? And adding focus cities as hubs? You have done too many edits without observing how people react and how they explain the community consensus and reasoning. After more than one instances of someone reverting your AeroMexico you still did it again. You need to learn to read the edit summaries and read your talk page. You need to learn the project standards and why things are what they are, and in time you'll better distinguish which are overlooked mistakes and which ones aren't, and be able to contribute constructively. And please learn to sign by using four "~"s. HkCaGu (talk) 15:28, 29 December 2009 (UTC)
Most of the stuff I did WAS correct and the reason I reverted Aeromexico to AeroMexico was because no one had any proof that AeroMexico was incorrect! And I completely respect the fact that you like to catch invalid mistakes but you don't have to go into it being a dick. Maybe if you would have been a little more polite about things, we wouldn't be having this discussion! And I do put 4 "~"s after everything I type, don't ask me why it proceeds unsigned, I have no idea. ATController 16:57, 29 December 2009 (UTC) —Preceding unsigned comment added by ZHoover123 (talkcontribs)
I do apologize about the Virgin America hub at LAX. Really I do, I thought on Virgin America's page it said hub. Sorry I wasn't paying attention. And no I don't need you to count smart ass I know how to do that! I grew up with two parents, I don't need a third one but thank you! You just must not have anything better to do! It seems like all you do in your spare time is criticize people. Why don't you find a new hobby. ATController 02:49, 30 December 2009 (UTC) —Preceding unsigned comment added by ZHoover123 (talkcontribs)
Three people have explained it five times why Mesa should not be listed in PHX. Twice in your talk and three times in PHX's edit summaries. Please stop! HkCaGu (talk) 03:08, 30 December 2009 (UTC)
Ok if you haven't noticed, I'm new at this. Can you tell me where PHX's edit summaries are so I know next time? ATController 03:20, 30 December 2009 (UTC)

Please do not tell me what i can or cannot do. You do not own the internet. I will continue changing as I like - I won't spam but I will continue to update as I see fit.. Thank you. And please stop "quoting" articles to me. I do not need to be lectured by you.

Furthermore, I do not mind you making changes to what I have added. What I cannot stand is you deleting anything people added as though you think you have all the best answers. As I can see from your previous discussions, you have a habit of doing things your own way and does not care step back and think.
