Your edits on Knin

I won't reduce myself to slanging insults as it's not very becoming and since you require the stats I will provide them below and hope that they find their way into the text, or I can pop them in whichever is most amenable.

Since you seem incapable of writing a decent encyclopedic page, I will break down your edits and tell you exactly what is wrong with them.

1) your first part about the economy needs serious sources from an economic website detailing the exact numbers you put there. While I don't doubt that Knin has a problem with unemployment, you need sources from perhaps a yearly economic publishment to verify your numbers. unemployment numbers:

2) Your inclusion of Knin's political situation is downright laughable. Moreover, putting Croat in quotation marks and putting forth serious accusations toward the town's mayor without any sources is misleading. A selection of articles about our Mayoress' activities include: Sibenski List Broj 2208, 29.travnija.2006, also 24.travenija.2007. It might be well advised for those editing to actually take an honest look at the local political situation as it is seriously affecting our progress.

3) You will be taken less seriously by saying things like "What happened after this point." Write more professionally. Moreover, the events you talk about are documented under the operation storm page which is linked already; and if I wanted to, I could put in much more about Croats that were killed and ethnically cleansed in Knin, not to mention Captain Dragan's terror. Point taken about the what happened, however your biased view has been taken to extremes by those less able to distinguish fact from propaganda, and while neutrality is always difficult, honesty and a willingness to progress from all sides is the only way forward.

4) Your quote "The economy in the town has become extremely stagnant as the grip of the Catholic Church increased" discredits you immediately. It was at this point I was 100% certain you are just talking bull and putting in whatever you please because you know you have no sources to back up anything you say. It is unfair and dangerous to accuse a person (in your case, a local priest that has nothing to do with the page of Knin) on an encyclopedia page out of sheer hate (or whatever feeling you have). Damaging a person's reputation without proof is unacceptable. I understand that a lack of local knowledge might lead you to such conclusions,and despite the further insult I will clarify so you may grasp the problem. Caritas controls the distribution of food, meals and money to local poor/impoverished. However while claiming to be open to all sections of our city the Gvardian has openly blocked access to this in nature goodwilled project to local Serbs and those who are not regular churchgoers or supportive of the political party he is actively involved with. It was a subject of numerous media reports (HRT1 8.2.07 three bulletins and a former report delivered to the Bishop by CARE and 2 statements to the Gradsko Vijece, Ivan Kanaet and Dragan Jerkovic. It is unfortunate to see facts and truth as hate, but it can only be reported what is present on the ground, but take that it would require a separate article to adress the problems of church and state here in Croatia.

5) As for your edits on Bosnian Croats in politics, cafes, and sports, I will not even comment. I just suggest you reread them again if it isn't obvious already that this has got to be one of the most ridiculous things you've wrote. Ehat is ridiculous? the truth? Do you know how life is in Knin? Do you know about the active discrimination and division of the city along lines of origin? If not then you should make contact with any number of informed individuals who have dealings here. HTV1 have a programme on this point tomorrow, the HTV1 evening news of the 17.3.07 also addressed it as did, vey bravely, the Panorama programe of the 1.3.07 on HTV1.

6) Once again: do not accuse people without any proof. If proof is provided will be published?

7) After reading this "Time will tell if the energetic and connected youth will have its fling, and if the young Mayoress will try to lead the city to a bright future or concentrate on her own political path to the Sabor/Parliament in Zagreb" I suggest you start writing fiction instead. Encyclopedic writing just doesn't seem your thing. Indeed, trying to add a genuine hopeful note shouldn't be there, and that our City leader is looking for a way to Zagreb is not in place, it will just take a change of mayor, to T. Vrdoljak, if she suceeds in her election in November. Again I won't reduce to insult as it just doesn't have a place.

Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.
