For your adjustment of the INES rating statement. I found it surprising and found no mainstream media, IEAE, or TEPCO reporting, but also considered it could just be "hot from the press". I think it is based on TEPCO stating that if the reactor vessel at nr x is ruptured, the INES for that reactor will be increased.... here.... but then, that is also hardly a very reliable source to counter your claim. Yes, I first saw this at ZeroHedge.com and spent over half an hour trying to find a better source but could not. However, Asahi is the biggest newspaper in Japan so I assume the statement is valid. And since the date on the source article is 3/26, I believe you are correct that this is "hot from the press," but removed the word "officially" from my initial edit since I couldn't find a primary source yet.

I'm still new to Wikipedia and am still learning the ropes, so hopefully I replied to your comment in the right place. HopelessGleek (talk) 11:48, 25 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Well, I updated it a bit now to reflect both news sources and indicated in the text which source said what (just to be sure). I think before the end of the day (in Europe that is), we'll have a better feeling for what has happened and make a more definate statement... (and your replying here is ok; only if you would start your comment with a ":" as I did, it will indent a bit, which makes it easier to see different comments... Rgds! In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four halfwidth tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You could also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment.
