I don't know the guidelines for this talk very well because this is my first time here. I just looked at an article about the world trade center and noticed that although there was a lot of information about the buildings from their construction to their destruction, I couldn't find any information about the purpose of the world trade center. What was its function? Or was it just a series of buildings, and there really was no organized or specialized work that its inhabitants did? If somebody could help me with this information I would be grateful. What was the role the World Trade Center played in the world? Also, if there was a role it played, where would I look on Wikipedia to learn about that role? I want to learn about the job of the world trade center: what the buildings stood for, not just what they stood on and how they were made and destroyed.
