Copyright problem icon Your addition to Citrus longispina has been removed, as it appears to have added copyrighted material to Wikipedia without permission from the copyright holder. If you are the copyright holder, please read Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for more information on uploading your material to Wikipedia. For legal reasons, Wikipedia cannot accept copyrighted material, including text or images from print publications or from other websites, without an appropriate and verifiable license. All such contributions will be deleted. You may use external websites or publications as a source of information, but not as a source of content, such as sentences or images—you must write using your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing. Also, even if the text you posted had not infringed copyright, it would have been unsuitable for inclusion in a Wikipedia article, as it added personal commentary, rather than objective and verifiable fact. Excessive images

[edit]

Hey, I messed up my edit summary at Longfellow House-Washington's Headquarters National Historic Site. It was just way too many images considering the space and length of the article. I didn't check, but just make sure you get them in the right category on Wikimedia Commons and the article already links to that so people can find the images. --Midnightdreary (talk) 21:39, 30 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Non-free image usage

[edit]

Thank you for contributing to Wikipedia. We always appreciate when users upload new images. However, it appears that one or more of the images you have recently uploaded or added to a page, specifically Cabinet of the Philippines, may fail our non-free image policy. Most often, this involves editors uploading or using a copyrighted image of a living person. For other possible reasons, please read up on our Non-free image criteria. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. -- Marchjuly (talk) 06:57, 6 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon

Your recent editing history at Cabinet of the Philippines shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. -- Marchjuly (talk) 07:09, 6 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

The files you are adding to Cabinet of the Philippines are non-free images. Each usage of a non-free image on Wikipedia is required to satisfy all 10 of the non-free content criteria listed in WP:NFCCP. These files do not satisfy WP:NFCC#8 and WP:NFCC#10c. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to ask them here, WP:MCQ or WT:NFCC. Continuing to re-add the images in a manner which does not comply with Wikipedia's non-free content policy is going to lead to an administrator being asked to get involved, which might lead to your account being blocked from editing for some period of time. -- Marchjuly (talk) 07:11, 6 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Thank you for your contributions. Please mark your edits, such as your recent edits to Carl Stalling, as "minor" only if they are minor edits. In accordance with Help:Minor edit, a minor edit is one that the editor believes requires no review and could never be the subject of a dispute. Minor edits consist of things such as typographical corrections, formatting changes or rearrangement of text without modification of content. Additionally, the reversion of clear-cut vandalism and test edits may be labeled "minor". Thank you. ☾Loriendrew☽ (ring-ring) 01:49, 8 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I noticed that you made an edit concerning content related to a living (or recently deceased) person on Ashley Argota, but you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source, so I removed it. Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Jose Capistrano, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Department of Trade and Industry (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
