Hi Professor Tienson, I had originally chosen the topic Enzyme activators but as I did my research, I found it difficult to find relevant information on this topic. There didn't seem to be much background info, not even the Voet textbook had a section on enzyme activitors. So I went ahead and started doing research on Lipid-anchored proteins and I was able to find more information on that. I found 5 references that might be helpful (they are located on my user page). Would it be okay to proceed with the Lipid-anchored proteins or would you prefer for me to stick with the enzyme activators topic? Abbey311 (talk) 06:08, 26 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Advice[edit]

Looks like you might actually try to master some of the Wikipedia culture, congratulations. Here is my quick advice on using wikipedia for teaching: Teaching chemistry through Wikipedia. It is really written for chemistry but applies somewhat to related areas. The main advice is that no amount of coding or formatting training is a substitute for great sources per WP:SECONDARY. Good luck and feel free to ask around, --Smokefoot (talk) 01:34, 9 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
