Re: Fair Use request[edit]

Done. Please note that non-free images cannot be used on user pages as per non-free content criteria. Jogers (talk) 10:58, 12 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

A CD cover or a TV screenshot wouldn't qualify as free image but if you personally photographed him during a live show you can upload the picture and release it under a free license. You can also request permission to use somebody else's picture in Wikipedia (see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission and Wikipedia:Example requests for permission). You can use a self-made picture on your userpage only if it's entirely your own work (you created it from scratch, not just scanned or photographed copyrighted material) and if you release it under a free license. Hope that helps. Jogers (talk) 11:12, 13 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Deleting comments[edit]

Please don't delete other editors' comments unless they are clearly vandalism. OhNoitsJamie Talk 18:20, 18 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

For reply, please see [1] Erryday I'm 18:22, 18 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Unless you have evidence that the user is a sockpuppet, there is no reason to delete their comments. OhNoitsJamie Talk 18:25, 18 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Do you have any evidence that they're not? Obviously you don't know the situation, so unless you personally know the IP, please stay out of it. Thanks. Erryday I'm 19:04, 18 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Well I as well don't apparently know the situation but find deleting the comment to also be wrong. Accusing another user of being a sockpuppet is a serious charge. First complete that process to the satisfaction of the admins then the deletion of comments can be addressed. Benjiboi 19:12, 18 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Last warning[edit]

If you continue to delete other user's comments without providing a good reason for doing so, you will be blocked from editing. OhNoitsJamie Talk 19:47, 18 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

This is a sockpuppet of Burgz33, an account that has been blocked since April for extended personal attacks and incivility, after multiple warnings and a first block. Ohnoitsjamie‎, I have your user talk page on my watch list and just noticed his recent activity. --Quartet 19:54, 18 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

September 2007[edit]

Please stop. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did to User talk:Ohnoitsjamie, you will be blocked from editing. Ref (chew)(do) 20:23, 18 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked[edit]

You have been blocked from editing Wikipedia as a result of your disruptive edits. You are free to make constructive edits after the block has expired, but please note that vandalism (including page blanking or addition of random text), spam, deliberate misinformation, privacy violations, personal attacks; and repeated, blatant violations of our polices concerning neutral point of view and biographies of living persons will not be tolerated.

This account is now blocked indefinitely as a sockpuppet. You may return to the Burgz33 account when that block expires in another six months.--Chaser - T 09:13, 19 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Disputed fair use rationale for Image:Lacokanostra.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Lacokanostra.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot (talk) 23:41, 13 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Disputed non-free use rationale for Image:Everlast1.JPG[edit]

Thank you for uploading Image:Everlast1.JPG. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this image on Wikipedia may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the image description page and add or clarify the reason why the image qualifies under this policy. Adding and completing one of the templates available from Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy. Please be aware that a non-free use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for images used under the non-free content policy require both a copyright tag and a non-free use rationale.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under the non-free content policy, it might be deleted by an administrator within a few days in accordance with our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you. Stifle (talk) 11:25, 19 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
