Welcome, and thank you for your attempt to lighten up Wikipedia. However, this is an encyclopedia and the articles are intended to be serious, so please don't make joke edits, as you did to Windows Vista. Readers looking for accurate information will not find them amusing. If you'd like to experiment with editing, try the sandbox, where you can write (almost) whatever you want. --Bonadea (talk) 15:17, 15 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

Please do not add commentary or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles, as you did to Windows Vista. Doing so violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. Thank you. Stephenb (Talk) 15:40, 15 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not vandalize pages, as you did with this edit to Windows Vista. If you continue to do so, you will be blocked from editing. Gail (talk) 17:58, 15 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Windows Vista. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Please do not repeatedly revert edits, but use the talk page to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. If necessary, pursue dispute resolution. --- Barek (talkcontribs) - 18:04, 15 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
