The notability of a person is measured objectively by whether there are multiple references to examples of significant independent coverage in reliable sources. Although some allowances are made for historical figures, I don't think any reviewer would feel comfortable accepting an article with one reference. You can improve the article by finding some other sources which discuss the subject and referencing them in the article. The purpose of these is two-fold: both to objectively evidence the fact of notability, but also to provide independent verification of each fact presented in the article. Hello, Hugenothistory. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "Brigadier General Noel Wilmot Houssemayne Du Boulay".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material, the draft has been deleted.
