A tag has been placed on your user page, User:ICrimea/sandbox, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be advertising which only promotes or publicises someone or something. Promotional editing of any kind is not permitted, whether it be promotion of a person, company, product, group, service, belief, or anything else. This is a violation of our policies regarding acceptable use of user pages — user pages are intended for active editors of Wikipedia to communicate with one another as part of the process of creating encyclopedic content, and should not be mistaken for free webhosting resources or advertising space. Please read the guidelines on spam, the guidelines on user pages, and, especially, our FAQ for Organizations.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. ICrimea, the http://forumyalta.com main site doesn't show an article that uses "Crimean Digital Valley" specifically. You need more news articles that refer to that phrase and go into its history. AngusWOOF (barksniff) 01:05, 27 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@AngusWOOF: If by all the world did not block would free news. It would be clear what is happening. News more in detail exist in Russian language. I translated them into English. Thank you --ICrimea (talk) 01:20, 27 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Your submission at Articles for creation: Crimean Digital Valley (April 30)[edit]

Your recent article submission has been rejected. If you have further questions, you can ask at the Articles for creation help desk or use Wikipedia's real-time chat help. The reason left by AngusWOOF was: This topic is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia. The comment the reviewer left was: okay that's enough. The article has not improved after four rejections from four AFC reviewers.
AngusWOOF (barksniff) 21:58, 30 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

An article you recently created, V.I. Vernadsky Crimean Federal University, does not have enough sources and citations to remain published. It needs citations from reliable, independent sources. Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can develope the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Thanks, --DannyS712 (talk) 10:14, 1 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

May 2019[edit]

Please stop editing Wikipedia articles. This is Engli9sh Wikipedia, and information must be added in English. What you add is not English and in fact deteriorates the quality of the articles. Please stop immediately.--Ymblanter (talk) 15:53, 2 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please be careful about what you say to people. Some remarks, such as your addition to User talk:Ymblanter can easily be misinterpreted, or viewed as harassment. Indefinite block[edit]

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for lack of competence and several incomprehensible rants. Sorry, but this is the English Wikipedia — you need to have a minimal command of the English language to edit here.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.

Request reason:

I'll be good. I promise

Decline reason:

I am declining your unblock request because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that

  • the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
  • the block is no longer necessary because you
    1. understand what you have been blocked for,
    2. will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
    3. will make useful contributions instead.

Please read the guide to appealing blocks for more information. Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 12:45, 29 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

  • ICrimea, I don't mean to be rude, but your English is clearly not good enough for you to understand why you are blocked or to contribute to the English language Wikipedia. You need to stick to the Russian Wikipedia (or any other one in a language that you understand well) until your English is significantly improved. Really, you cannot contribute productively here right now. Do not make another unblock request, as it would certainly be declined, and you would be likely to lose the ability to edit this talk page too. Request reason:

Learn Russian language. Used web services made in Russia. Machine translation (gets more wrong).

Decline reason:

Your English is not good enough for the English Wikipedia. You should edit only the Russian Wikipedia until you improve your English skills. 331dot (talk) 18:09, 31 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

  • I'm sorry, but that gibberish just proves my point. You can not speak English, and trying to contribute to the English Wikipedia using machine translation does not work. Talk page access revoked, to save you wasting more time here as much as anything. Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 10:32, 31 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
