Blocked[edit]

You have been blocked from editing Wikipedia for the next 24 hours because of continually adding cut-and-paste copies of other websites to Wikipedia. See the block log for more details. If you want to contribute constructively, you may return when the block expires. Thanks.REDVEЯS 12:43, 21 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Copyright block[edit]

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for violating copyright policy by copying text or images into Wikipedia from another source without verifying permission. You have been previously warned that this is against policy, but have persisted.

Please take this opportunity to be sure you understand our copyright policy and our policies regarding how to use non-free content. If you wish to resume editing, it may be necessary for you to demonstrate your understanding of these policies and reassure the community of your willingness to comply. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding below this notice the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.  Moonriddengirl (talk) 18:03, 13 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

With respect to your email[edit]

To request unblocking, please follow the processes described at Wikipedia:Appealing a block. You were told at the time you were blocked what you needed to do to request restoration of your editing rights. I'm not particularly interested in talking to anyone who attributes their block to "malevolence", but do want to be sure you're clear that you were not blocked for copying pictures - you were blocked for copying text. You were cautioned about copyright policies in January 2007 and given clear instruction at that time for what to do if you have permission for the text you are copying. You were also warned at that time that you would be blocked if you continued copying content without verifying license. You ignored that warning and did nothing to verify permission for the text you copied from multiple sites. We cannot permit people who ignore our copyright policies and copy content without verifying license to continue to contribute until and unless we have reason to believe that they understand the policy and will comply. These are core requirements for contributing, and if you meet them, you are welcome to contribute. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 13:44, 6 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

In response to your latest email, please follow the processes described at Wikipedia:Appealing a block. I would recommend reading the linked Wikipedia:Guide to appealing blocks, as it includes more information. If you do not for some reason wish to request unblocking on your talk page, you are able to utilize the Wikipedia:Unblock Ticket Request System. I appreciate that you are no longer using terms like "malevolence", but the fact that you are now talking about your lawyers makes me further disinclined to respond to your email. I will be closing them henceforth unread. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 14:31, 13 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
