Proposed deletion of How do you prove the earth is round?[edit]

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article How do you prove the earth is round?, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process because of the following concern:

Speedy deletion nomination of Durga Das Basu[edit]

Hello Iksa01,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Durga Das Basu for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

Problems with upload of File:E.S.Reddy.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:E.S.Reddy.jpg. You don't seem to have said where the image came from, who created it, or what the copyright status is. We require this information to verify that the image is legally usable on Wikipedia, and because most image licenses require giving credit to the image's creator.

Uniform Civil Code[edit]

Hi, I'm glad you're interested in improving this page. But please don't break it into really short paras, that tends to make the readability worse. The lead section can have only four paras max (see WP:Leadlength), I agree that it's a bit lengthy right now and am willing to make it into three. About the rest of the article, I had carefully grouped the inline cites which support those statements, (Breaking it into fragments will make it confusing in terms of verifiability) and split each paras pertaining to different subjects. Also take a look at Writing better articles, there it explains how to split paras. One–two sentence paras are extremely too short and will make an entire section extremely confusing to read.
