I have to admit, I was surprised to read the lead of this article. It's kind of junky huh? Looks like you may have found your project for the semester!! :)
Certainly, I'd expect more about what distinguishes the juvenile justice system from the adult - clearly whomever wrote this is critical (as you mention). Of course, criticisms and different perspectives would be great to include as part of the ongoing politics that hit on so many interesting topics (changing ideas about children over time, etc) Maybe it makes sense for you to start putting some attention towards the outline/lead. What would you expect to be the major subtopics on this page?
