Change of Artist[edit]
Sir, I would like to apologize regarding my change of Artist from Angelito Balagtas to Paul Hilario. This is due to lack of information and Gathered records of his achievements and exhibitions on the internet as referrence. I had to meet the artist but it seems that even himself can't really recall most of his records. Hoping for your kind consideration.
