Religion in Katy[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia! I saw your edit here. Thank you for including your reason for removal; a lot of new editors don't do that.

Having said that, I strongly disagree with the removal for two reasons:

  • 1. The section clearly states it is incomplete, so readers should know that more information is warranted.
  • 2. There is no information that even implies that Hinduism is the majority religion in Katy; it talks about a Hindu temple, but it never says it is the majority religion or that it is extremely popular with Katy residents.

I am teaching a TOEFL course in China, and in the coursebook it mentions that a mistake students can make is that they imply too much without evidence from the text. I understand readers can, and do, imply too much, but it is not Wikipedia's fault if they do so.
