ARCHIVE PAGE 31: July 2010

Hi there Susan! I've been thinking on how to improve the quality and coverage of the article on E. gigas. I think the sessions on conservation and ecology are somewhat complete. What can be improved is perhaps the anatomical description. Phylogeny is another thing to consider, since it is not even discussed in the article and could be implemented. For both subjects, two references would be enough as I see it. They are: Simone (2005)[1], for a very detailed anatomical description and phylogenetic analysis (based mainly on morphological characters) and Latiolais (2006)[2], for a molecular phylogenetic analysis. The main problem is I can't think of a way to introduce this information in the article without compromising the layout, or making things too complicated for the readers. Also, transcribing strictly scientific anatomical descriptions to a more friendly format for the readers is no easy task, especially for me. Anyway, what do you think, Susan?--Daniel Cavallari (talk) 16:09, 23 June 2010 (UTC)

Hi again Susan! And I just have found something very very interesting. A file from a 2004 workshop in the Caribbean, discussing historical uses of S. gigas! Seems to be a very interesting read, give it a try in case you feel like it!

Pre-Hispanic Fishery of the Queen Conch, Strombus gigas, on the Islands off the Coast of Venezuela from Caribbean Marine Biodiversity: the Known and the Unknown. Do you believe it would be possible to extract some info from this source? Best! Daniel Cavallari (talk) 23:56, 29 June 2010 (UTC)

Kerry Slug: British English

Yes, I would be pleased to look at the article to see if there are any Americanisms. I should have time tomorrow. Regards.--Alan (talk) 22:46, 25 June 2010 (UTC)

I think the article reads very well. Let's hope it gets Featured Article status this time. The language seems pretty neutral to me. I spotted program/programme, but if there is another Americanism lurking in the text, I didn't spot it.--Alan (talk) 23:10, 26 June 2010 (UTC)

References may still need some checking, though. I'm working on it.--Daniel Cavallari (talk) 23:14, 26 June 2010 (UTC)
Another issue that bothers me in this article is the lack of references in the Taxonomy session. Four paragraphs, and only two inline citations... This is indeed a problem, because several informations in those paragraphs could be challenged, and this ought to keep the article from attaining FA status... --Daniel Cavallari (talk) 02:03, 2 July 2010 (UTC)
And apparently virtually all of the older photos need their copyright tag changing, that was something a previous FA reviewer brought up. Invertzoo (talk) 14:38, 2 July 2010 (UTC)

JoJan/Photos

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I just wrote JoJan a well-deserved thank you note...his effort was much appreciated. Hope to get to the photo posting issue later today...lots to learn...and yes, copyrights have been released to use photos in Wiki article and to be reused by anyone anywhere. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Enviromet (talkcontribs) 13:37, 28 June 2010 (UTC)

Kerry Slug: Conservation

Hallo Invertzoo I have added some material about the conservation status of the slug in Ireland, after noticing some recent developments. I haven't done the citations well, I am afraid, but I think I will give the slug a rest for a while.--Alan (talk) 16:56, 4 July 2010 (UTC)

Hello Invertzoo, I have created the list in two pages. Ganeshk (talk) 02:44, 8 July 2010 (UTC)

Paul the Octopus (aka) It has been a long time...

Since I asked you to improve my prose for my new article, but here I am again this time with an octopus :) Paul the octopus. If you have no time, that's OK of course. Somebody will fix it eventually, although you are probably the best.--Mbz1 (talk) 02:40, 8 July 2010 (UTC)

Have you nominated this for DYK? Its a cracking little article. Parrot of Doom 14:56, 8 July 2010 (UTC)

I did a lot of fixes and tweaks to the article, also added a bunch of links. For some reason your note to me never showed up on my talk page; do you know why? Could you put it on there again? Best wishes, Invertzoo (talk) 15:01, 8 July 2010 (UTC)

I deleted the note from your talk page myself because, when I wrote the article last night I did not know that the other one was already there. I am not sure, if it could make DYK now, although it would have been a great DYK. So I was not sure you would like to edit an article that cannot be DYK, and I knew that this article is so popular that it will be edited by many IPs and users anyway.Best wishes. If you still would like me to add the initial message to your talk page I sure will.If you do not mind, please let keep our conversation here. I will check on your responses myself. Best wishes.--Mbz1 (talk) 15:07, 8 July 2010 (UTC)
Next time you can just cross out the note you left me and explain why you crossed it out. I don't mind trying to fix the article up even though it can't be a DYK (I think) because it is already too old (I think), but I am pretty much done with it now. I may come back every so often to check it to make sure that the people who don't want scare quotes around prediction, and who don't want any mention of Clever Hans don't completely erase those things. Best, Invertzoo (talk) 17:32, 8 July 2010 (UTC)
Well, when I deleted my message, I did explain why in the edit summary, but you are right it was better to cross it out of course. It maybe still could make a DYK as 5x expanded. I asked a DYK admin, let's see what he is to respond. I will let you know. This article has some problems because it is way too popular, and way too many IPs and users edit it. I tried to do it right with the references, but of course now all my efforts are gone. BTW have you heard about this octopus before my message from last night? Best.--Mbz1 (talk) 17:42, 8 July 2010 (UTC)
Oh I am sorry, I did not think to check the edit summary. Yes the article is unfortunately not very stable right now, but with a bit of luck it may quiet down soon. And no, I had not heard about the octopus, but I do not watch TV news. Invertzoo (talk) 17:48, 8 July 2010 (UTC)
There's nothing to be sorry about. It was much better to explain to you the situation with the article without removing the initial message. Well, at least you learned something new and I hope interesting while working on the article :) Best.--Mbz1 (talk) 17:54, 8 July 2010 (UTC)
Here's an update about DYK. The octopus is going to make two more predictions, so the article could be expanded. I believe we should try it. What do you think?--Mbz1 (talk) 22:25, 8 July 2010 (UTC)
Well, the article was viewed 9,000 times today, and it seemed as if about 4,500 of those people edited it! If the article is not "stable" (stable = no major editing going on) then the article is not eligible for DYK. People keep taking out my qualifying mark-up. As a malacologist I don't like the idea of apparently endorsing an article that reports that an invertebrate actually cares about or knows about the outcome of human soccer games! I am trying to see if I can find any reliable sources who are saying it might be a hoax or a case of the Clever Hans effect. So far no luck. Invertzoo (talk) 23:51, 8 July 2010 (UTC)
We could request the article being protected for a time being I guess. It will make a great DYK. It will be a pity to miss on it.--Mbz1 (talk) 00:17, 9 July 2010 (UTC)
I thought about that idea, of requesting protection for the article. But I still would feel better about the article if we could find even one reliable source to say that it is basically a joke, not a serious statement of fact. In any case if someone wants to try to submit it I will not object, and I will try to keep the article cleaned up. It does really need protection though. And in any case it may be rejected because it is not stable. Invertzoo (talk) 00:28, 9 July 2010 (UTC)
I asked for the protection. Let's see what happens. In a meantime maybe we could add the section about hoaxes connected to Paul. here's one for example--Mbz1 (talk) 00:34, 9 July 2010 (UTC)
Susan, how do you know how many times the article was viewed? I believe statistic is down. Thanks.--Mbz1 (talk) 01:03, 9 July 2010 (UTC)
Well, it is working just fine when I tried it three times today including just now:

http://stats.grok.se/en/201007/Paul%20the%20Octopus

Invertzoo (talk) 01:07, 9 July 2010 (UTC)

Oh I see, you're talking not about today, but about July 6. Statistics is down for the last 2 days.--Mbz1 (talk) 01:44, 9 July 2010 (UTC)
Ah you are right. I am on painkillers for bruised ribs from an accident and I am a bit out-of-it. Invertzoo (talk) 13:10, 9 July 2010 (UTC)

I am sorry to hear about your accident. I hope you will get better soon!--Mbz1 (talk) 15:26, 9 July 2010 (UTC)

Thanks. It is supposed to take 6 weeks to heal completely. It will be improving each week, but right now I am still on painkillers, at any rate once a day, and it makes me fuzzy-headed. Invertzoo (talk) 17:05, 9 July 2010 (UTC)

Well, I did it

DYK nomination. I decided we have nothing to loose. The hook probably needs to be edited. The other question is who should be included in the nomination as the authors. I included me, you, and one other editor, whose name I saw the most in the history. I am not even sure about me. I did extend it a lot on July 8, but almost everything I added was changed. Best.--Mbz1 (talk) 20:21, 9 July 2010 (UTC)

I am sorry but I removed my name from the nomination list. As a malacologist, a scientist and a skeptic, I am not at all comfortable being associated with this article in its current form. This is primarily the fault of the countless editors that are still changing it. Invertzoo (talk) 20:27, 9 July 2010 (UTC)

3RR

Just a friendly warning that you've probably already broken WP:3RR on our good friend Paul (I think you reinstated that category at least two or three times, and some "see also" entries at least twice.) Please don't edit-war. Fut.Perf. 22:43, 9 July 2010 (UTC)

Scare quotes

Of course I understand where you are coming from on this, but using scare quotes to show your editorial skepticism on the sources is a terrible idea. Far better to get some decent sources which critique the phenomenon. --John (talk) 22:47, 9 July 2010 (UTC)

I am sorry

Susan, I am really sorry that I've got you involved with the article! I am sure it was your first ever 3rr warning, and first ever unfair accusation of pov. For me this article never has been more than amusing, funny story, but you got really involved. So please do accept my apology for all the troubles I have got you into. Best wishes.--Mbz1 (talk) 16:33, 10 July 2010 (UTC)

Your note

Thanks for your nice note. I can't say I have been enjoying the big kerfuffle, but it has been interesting, a sort of baptism by fire. I don't regret wading in though. The process showed me another side of Wikipedia, one I had never seen before. A less rational, less civilized, side, but a curiosity nonetheless. Invertzoo (talk) 20:24, 10 July 2010 (UTC)

So, what happened to the DYK nomination? Where is it now? Was it withdrawn? Invertzoo (talk) 20:25, 10 July 2010 (UTC)

Ah, Susan, all the time we have known each other I have tried to save you from all those sides of Wikipedia you're talking about, and which I've experienced a lot as you probably know. I have never asked for your help for any article I wrote or expanded that could have created some kind of controversy or problems for you. If I only knew that Paul the Octopus would become one of those...I am relieved to learn you're taking it easy, and even find it curious.--Mbz1 (talk) 22:03, 10 July 2010 (UTC)
The DYK I submitted was declined. The other one was promoted, and is here. BTW have you heard about Mani the Parakeet yet? :) Best wishes.--Mbz1 (talk) 22:03, 10 July 2010 (UTC)
DYK statistics for the octopus. Best.--Mbz1 (talk) 23:28, 14 July 2010 (UTC)

Slug hitchiker

Hi Zoo,

Hope you are well. I see you've been busy with Paul the Octopus. Today I was searching for Coral Ferns in the local forest. However, I had a hitch hiker on my jacket. Not likely to be as popular as our friend Paul.

As this slug is in the middle of large city (Sydney), it's unlikely to be anything remarkable, unlike the tree dwelling snail which hitched a ride back to town in my car.

As it has two "tentacles" rather than four, it may be a native animal, rather than a feral. In fact, it may be a juvenile Red triangle slug. But there's no evidence of any red triangle or vestigial shell that I can see. It's about 15 to 20 mm long. And presumably it was on bushes about a metre tall, as I (unsuccessfully) searched for the ferns. I'll try again tomorrow a few kilometres away.

If a small animal is kind enough to hitch a ride with me, then I wish to give it due credit.

I'll ask the Australian Museum for identification. But in the meantime, I thought I'd let you know.

kind wishes Poyt448 (talk) 04:42, 10 July 2010 (UTC)

Hi Pete, Very cool slug! I am no expert on that species but I reckon for sure this is a juvenile red triangle slug. Take a look at the newly hatched individual on this page: [2]. This image will be a nice addition to the article on that species. Let me know what the experts say. Thanks for thinking of me. Best wishes, Invertzoo (talk) 12:58, 10 July 2010 (UTC)

Dear Zoo,

The Australian museum promptly responded. (They can be wonderful with my inquiries). Indeed, as expected it was a juvenile Red triangle slug. He said "Juveniles lack the typical red foot border and red triangle of the adults but have three dark grey stripes running down the dorsal surface of their body and have the triangular mantle shield outlined with grey."

I feel a bit embarrassed bothering them and you. However, there was a small chance it might have been another species. Particularly as it wasn't on smooth tree trunks and rocks, feeding on algae.

Lately I've been photographing the local ferns. Some of which are practically impossible to identify. There was no trouble with the Coral Fern as mentioned before. Gleichenia dicarpa. And yesterday I wrote my 345th article on a widespread fern, which grows in the desert, and also in the high rainfall areas on the coast. Cheilanthes sieberi.

best wishes Pete Poyt448 (talk) 00:21, 12 July 2010 (UTC)

New article

Hi Susan, here's my bran new article Sefer HaTemunah. I understand that you probably would not be interested to help me with this one, and it is perfectly alright, so no worries about this. Best wishes. I will check on your response here.--Mbz1 (talk) 16:36, 12 July 2010 (UTC)

I will certainly give it a go through for grammar etc but because I know nothing at all about the subject I can't be very helpful beyond that. Also you better check carefully and make sure I don't change the meaning on anything I am attempting to improve. Best wishes to you too, Invertzoo (talk) 22:07, 12 July 2010 (UTC)
I gave it a couple of quick go throughs, but I will look at it again tomorrow when I am fresher. I did want to say some things:
  • First of all you spell it "Sefer HaTemunah" whereas in the text you spell it "Sefer Ha Temunah". I did not "move" the title of the article yet, in case it is better that way.
  • I put the title of the book in italics all the way through, which I believe is the WP convention, but if you think it should not be in italics we can change all of the mentions of the title back to regular type.
  • There are a few places where I am not exactly sure what you meant so I couldn't quite fix it up. I may have to ask you about them.
Best, Invertzoo (talk) 22:46, 12 July 2010 (UTC)
Hi Susan, I knew it will be an absolutely new subject for you, maybe too new to work on it. It is great you are helping me! About the name: In other wikipedia article the name was spelled Sefer HaTemunah that's why, when I created the page, I got this name without even noticing it. In the sources it spells either as I did Sefer Ha Temunah or Sefer ha-Temunah. So I believe the article should be moved to either one out of those two. Whatever move we'll do, I will fix the names in the text myself of course. Please do take your time. I will try this one on DYK, but there are few more days left to do it. Best.--Mbz1 (talk) 23:12, 12 July 2010 (UTC)
A long time ago I read one short book on Kabbalah, but that was about 40 years ago! As we go along with this, please do read everything through very carefully, because I may not always have understood you correctly, and so I could have changed the meaning of some of your sentences. Best, Invertzoo (talk) 00:52, 13 July 2010 (UTC)
I will check everything, and please do ask me questions. Best wishes.--Mbz1 (talk) 01:37, 13 July 2010 (UTC)
I fixed the hook a bit. I will look at it again later. Invertzoo (talk) 20:17, 13 July 2010 (UTC)

Questions

Questions and a comment:
    • What is Korets 1784, a book? A compendium of Kabbalah texts? We need to give some indication of what it was or is.
    • We also need to give some indication who R. Kattina was.
    • The sentence: "that the creation as it described in the Bible happened 42,000 (6 (Sabbatical cycles) * 7000 (divine years in one cycle)) divine or 15,340,500,000 (42,000 * 365,250) physical years ago.[1][6][9]" absolutely needs to be made clearer, but I can't quite work out what you are saying there so I can't do it right now. Is the asterisk supposed to mean multiplied by? The sentence probably needs to be broken up into two sentences. Best, Invertzoo (talk) 22:07, 13 July 2010 (UTC)

    • Korets is a city, in which Sefer ha-Temunah was published in 1784.
    • R. Kattina is a Talmud personality, if you wish. It is how Talmud is written. "R. Kattina said" is found in many places. I assume he was a teacher or rabbi, but so far it is all I could say. BTW it was a very good question.
    • I tried to make it simpler. Please take a look, when you have a time.
Thank you. Best.--Mbz1 (talk) 04:19, 14 July 2010 (UTC)
Thanks Mila. About R. Kattina, if it is hard to say who this person is, can we perhaps say "the Talmud says"? or is that disrespectful? If so, can we say something like, "the author or authors of the Talmud, personified as "R. Kattina", say"?
Let me get back to you on the long sentence, I have to make breakfast now. Invertzoo (talk) 12:55, 14 July 2010 (UTC)
We cannot say "the Talmud says" not because it is disrespectful, but because "R. Kattina said: Six thousand years shall the world exist, and one [thousand, the seventh], it shall be desolate…" is an exact quote from the Talmud including the words "R. Kattina said". Best.--Mbz1 (talk) 13:12, 14 July 2010 (UTC)
Update. I asked a friend about R. Kattina, and got a response. He writes:
"Rabbi Kattina was a Talmudic period rabbi, of some importance it seems. A web search gets plenty of hits, but be careful to use good sources. From what I can see after a quick look, he seems to be known for his views on the age of the world."

--Mbz1 (talk) 13:21, 14 July 2010 (UTC)
One more update: R. Kattina was a third century rabbi, who lived between 278-338 CE. I'd say we should live the quote as it is without specifying any further who was R. Kattina. Best.--Mbz1 (talk) 14:27, 14 July 2010 (UTC)
Can we say something, like "the rabbi R. Kattina said" or "the Talmudic rabbi R. Kattina said" ? It looks strange to put his name without any indication who he is. Invertzoo (talk) 14:42, 14 July 2010 (UTC)

(intended) Susan, here is the link to the text of the Talmud with the exact quote. Maybe it could be added as a reference, but I am not sure we could do what you are suggesting because we do not quote R.Kattina, we quote the Talmud. Nobody knows R.Kattina. Everybody knows the Talmud. BTW I doubt "R" refers to his first name. I believe it stands for "rabbi". I know it is strange, but it was written in the 3th CE. IMO we should leave it alone and maybe address the issue at the talk page of the article. I am sorry my articles are taken so much of your time, but I hope at least you are not bored with them --Mbz1 (talk) 15:48, 14 July 2010 (UTC)

Oh I see. Then can we say, "in the Babylonian Talmud, R.Kattina is quoted as saying" and give the ref to that text you showed me?
It's OK Mila, I am taking time with the article because I want to. If I didn't want to, I would do it much faster without as much care and nit-picking.
Best, Invertzoo (talk) 17:17, 14 July 2010 (UTC)
I've changed it like that: "As it is written in the Talmud,(Sanhedrin 97a,)", and took mention about R.Kattina off altogether. Best.--Mbz1 (talk) 19:17, 14 July 2010 (UTC)
I don't know how to address the question that was just now raised on the DYK page about whether or not it was Isaac ben Samuel himself who calculated the actual age of the Universe, so I will leave that to you to answer. If it was not him who did the actual calculation then perhaps we can say he "laid the ground work for calculating" or something similar. I shortened the hook a bit more in case we need to add a few words. Invertzoo (talk) 20:02, 14 July 2010 (UTC)
If you need the hook to be a bit shorter still so you can add another couple of words to it without exceeding the max length, you can maybe start the hook: " ...that based on concepts in Sefer ha-Temunah (pictured), the 13th century" etc. Invertzoo (talk) 20:06, 14 July 2010 (UTC)
I tried but I also could not determine which organization or person etc is behind the YashaNet website. They say nothing at all about themselves on the site unfortunately. Invertzoo (talk) 13:26, 15 July 2010 (UTC)
Well, this does not really matter, does it? If it were the only source I used, then yes. Still the site is not a blog, and not one man site. So should be OK, I'd say. Best.--Mbz1 (talk) 13:37, 15 July 2010 (UTC)
OK, then leave it in if you like, but I think the hook may be rejected if it stays in. I wonder if another of your references can cover the same ground? I guess not. So anyway even if it doesn't make DYK, it is a good looking article. Invertzoo (talk) 13:22, 16 July 2010 (UTC)
Well, there are few references that cover the same ground, and the hook was promoted, so I hope it should be OK, but I would rather leave all the reference because I usually tend to provide as many references as possible, in case the reader would like to read more on the subject. Best wishes.--Mbz1 (talk) 00:43, 17 July 2010 (UTC)
OK! Good! Sounds good to me! It is a nice article and a good hook too. Invertzoo (talk) 00:52, 17 July 2010 (UTC)

Ribs

Hi Susan. Long time. I just read about your ribs. Ouchy. I'm so sorry to hear it. Get well soon. Get out of bed slowly. Don't sneeze. Warm regards, Anna Frodesiak (talk) 13:09, 14 July 2010 (UTC)

The bruised ribs are slowly improving, thanks for asking Anna. They are a lot better than they were a week ago. I absolutely try to avoid sneezing, which really is quite horrible! Even laughing hurts quite a lot! My shoulder and neck muscles also suffered in the impact; I guess I got some whiplash from it. I hope you are doing well, Invertzoo (talk) 17:10, 14 July 2010 (UTC)
Susan, I had no idea you were ill! I'm kinda shocked... I really, really hope you get better very soon. My very best wishes. --Daniel Cavallari (talk) 00:04, 16 July 2010 (UTC)

DYK nomination of Sefer ha-Temunah

Hello! Your submission of Sefer ha-Temunah at the Did You Know nominations page has been reviewed, and there still are some issues that may need to be clarified. Please review the comment(s) underneath your nomination's entry and respond there as soon as possible. Thank you for contributing to Did You Know! Nsk92 (talk) 18:55, 14 July 2010 (UTC)

I changed the hook, but you may want to take a look. Best.--Mbz1 (talk) 19:13, 14 July 2010 (UTC)

Hi, thank you for correcting my taxonomy mistake in the wikiprojects! Could you tell me, most of the descriptions of dentalium shells say the original ones from Vancouver Island belong to the species Dentalium pretiosum; however, I've read that the species is actually called Antalis pretiosum (Wampum tuskshell). Do you know if either designation is correct? Or were several species used, including Dentalium hexagonum? Thanks for any information! Cheers, Uyvsdi (talk) 17:29, 18 July 2010 (UTC)Uyvsdi

Thank you so much for all the information. I suspected the two pretiosa were the same animal. Cheers, -Uyvsdi (talk) 17:21, 19 July 2010 (UTC)Uyvsdi

Name-bearing type of E. gigas

Hi Susan! I hope your condition has improved. I just added more taxonomic information about Eustrombus gigas in the article. I was surprised to know that the figure-type designated by Clench and Abbot was available online. The book by Filippo Buonanni (1684), which contains a lot of beautiful drawings, can be viewed here. Best wishes! --Daniel Cavallari (talk) 13:46, 22 July 2010 (UTC)

Is this a spam link?

Hello Invertzoo. Just a silly little question. Do you think this is a spam link[3]? It was added to the Spondylus page by an anonymous IP user. I reverted it a couple of times but now am giving it a rest. I may be wrong. It doesn't actually connect to a page selling beads, but it is a commercial site. The same user has posted other commercial links. Thanks! Hope you are feeling better soon. Wilson44691 (talk) 13:05, 24 July 2010 (UTC)

If I may butt in: Heck yes! This is one of the links on the page. Warm regards to all. Anna Frodesiak (talk) 13:47, 24 July 2010 (UTC)
Thank you very much, Anna!Wilson44691 (talk) 14:09, 24 July 2010 (UTC)

Get well soon

Hi Susan. Here are some lovely flowers to help you feel better. I hope that soon you will be able to go near pollen again. Get well!

Anna Frodesiak (talk) 14:05, 24 July 2010 (UTC)

Thanks for the beautiful flowers Anna, they are much appreciated. The ribs are slowly improving but I guess it will be maybe 3 more weeks until they are really OK again. Also thanks for butting in on the Spondylus question. Best, Invertzoo (talk) 17:59, 24 July 2010 (UTC)

Hi Invertzoo, thanks for your message.

> Margot [didn't introduce] Mark as an "old school chum"
Good point.

> any additions I made that seem like excess verbiage
That's almost all of them. You need to focus on the big picture and avoid details. The summary was almost 760 words before your edits and over 800 words after. An average film summary should be about 500--600 words, and DMFM only rates another 100 words or so based on its complexity. Please try to keep film summaries around five or six words per minute of run time, with up to ten percent extra for mysteries, science fiction, and fast-paced animations. Also, don't say "he had told her" (past-perfect tense) unless (a) he told her before some other event in the past and (b) the specific order of events is important.

Anyway, I see you're recuperating from some kind of injury. Have a nice day, and get well soon. —Codrdan (talk) 00:18, 25 July 2010 (UTC)

Eustrombus gigas attains FA status in the portuguese wikipedia

Hi there Susan! I hope you're getting better and better every day. I'm writing to tell you that the portuguese version of the Eustrombus gigas article has attained FA status. I submitted it to FA review myself, and it was approved quite quickly. Perhaps the english version will have the same fate! Let us hope so. Best, --Daniel Cavallari(talk) 12:48, 30 July 2010 (UTC)

New article

Hi Susan. I hope you're feeling better. I wrote a new articleOperation Diamond, but I am not sure, if you are up to help me with that one, and it is perfectly alright. Best wishes.--Mbz1(talk) 16:29, 30 July 2010 (UTC)

Hi Mila. I might just pass on this one. I am slowly starting to get ready to go on another trip, this time to California.Invertzoo (talk) 17:36, 30 July 2010 (UTC)
Sure, Susan, no worries.--Mbz1 (talk) 17:59, 30 July 2010 (UTC)
