Registration plates of US Army in Germany[edit]

Hi Steve, You asked me once about the meanings of AD, AF, HK and IF plates of the US Forces. Have a look at the following discussion page [1] (in the meantime this topic has been separated from the main article about German plates). If you have difficulties to understand the German let me know I will make a translation then. And regarding Dutch [2], British [3], etc. military in Germany here is a site [4] where you can see the plate (no explanation however). -Toshi 14:04, 16 Jun 2005 (UTC)

Joachim Gottschalk[edit]

As regards film actors murdered during the Nazi era, check out"Film in the Third Reich" by David Stewart Hull. It's out of print but many copies can be found on Amazondotcom. Wellreadone June 28, 2005 23:01 (UTC)

Isar, Steve: Thanks for your edit of Joachim Gottschalk. I presume you have the details on his suicide better than I did. Do you like the autographed picture? I have collected several of these. Joschy Gottschalk was my first addition to Wikipedia. What is your interest in Gottschalk? Do you have any ideas on how I could further research his life?

(Having buggered it up the first time round) I've just moved all of us Wikipedians who were in Category:Gay, lesbian or bisexual people into Category:Queer wikipedians, in an attempt to avoid self-references. Hope you don't mind; apologies if you do. — OwenBlacker June 30, 2005 16:52 (UTC)

Rote Insel[edit]

thx for your edit. Myself not being a native speaker of English, I'm also happy with any correction within the text itself. Plus, I understand your French is quite alright whereas mine's gone a little rusty over the years, so, if you feel like it... Moreover, I'm still looking for some pictures etc. to add (in the German version as well). If you have any suggestions--
