Can I Get Permanently Unblocked, Please?[edit]

I formerly used the username "Jake Remington SOMETHING SOMETHING." Somebody told me to change my username. I did, but I'm still blocked. I believe it was an autoblock done by a user named Curps. I'm only using this template because I have no other way of communicating with administrators and other users. What does Stwalkerster or Spike Wilburry propose I should do? It seemed a bit patronizing for the administrator to make unnecessary comments about pets and wild animals. Why can't I communicate on other talk pages? Why can't I edit my own user page? Do the administrators fear that I might vandalize myself? This all seems a bit absurd, and rather Kafka-esque. Any advice from any of you administrator types? It would be much appreciated. Thanks.
