User page guidance[edit]

Hi JCWarrenauthor, thank you for the note. The purpose of User pages is to give a brief introduction of yourself along with your interests and activities specifically related to Wikipedia. It may be helpful to read what should not be on User pages which explicitly states Wikipedia should not be used as a personal website. Whether or not it is your intent, you are promoting yourself as an author and advertising your books. I hope this helps explain the issues. I highly recommend removing the content related to your books or your User page might end up getting deleted entirely. Thanks again for dropping me a note and happy editing! Nomination of J.C. Warren for deletion[edit]

A discussion is taking place as to whether the article J.C. Warren is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.

The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/J.C. Warren until a consensus is reached, and anyone, including you, is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines.

Please do not remove Articles for deletion notices from articles or remove other people's comments in Articles for deletion pages, as you did with J.C. Warren. Doing so won't stop the discussion from taking place. You are, however, welcome to comment about the proposed deletion on the appropriate page. Special:Diff/881933526 As to your point, 'There, happy now!', no, nobody's happy. Somebody can't keep their narcissism under control and is making work for everybody else.
