Well, I'll agree that there are citations in newspapers so I think you have the verifiability satisfied (ie the restaurant exists). The problem that I see is from reading the cited sources...the primary notability is that they serve 100 flavors, and are a favorite hangout for students at the University. I had some hope that the USA Today article would say James Dean ate there, but even that didn't pan out. At this point, I don't think the article would survive.
