I'm sorry, but none of the sourcing here helps the subject meet our general notability guidelines nor WP:NORG at this point. All of the sources presented just mention Hossein Mohammadi Vahid in passing or primary sources that we cannot use. Also winning an award doesn’t establish notability or automatically make you eligible for a Wikipedia article. While it’s great they have won award, neither of these awards are notable enough to also have Wikipedia articles, for example.

We need *significant* coverage in notable media outlets or by notable publishers. Examples: magazine and newspaper reviews and features about Hossein Mohammadi Vahid specifically; books written ABOUT Hossein Mohammadi Vahid; television and radio features ABOUT Hossein Mohammadi Vahid.

I've gone through several of the sources here (other than his own website) and NONE of them cover the subject in any detail. Worse yet, none of them are secondary; that is, they do not contain any sort of analysis, they merely document that he happened to participate in an event or hold a post. I do not believe there is a case for him meeting WP:ANYBIO either, as his most prominent award is a "Bronze", I.E not first place.
