Lalla Ward[edit]
Names of asteroids are approved by the International Astronomical Union (IAU) website. Generally the discoverer of a new asteroid proposes the name, and some of them since 1971 or so have been silly. I agree with this one, however, although Lalla is more of a "star" than an asteroid. --Rodhullandemu (please reply here - contribs) 11:28, 6 December 2007 (UTC)
