Question about AIV

Hi. In error, a newbie Chip-chip-2020 has tried to report me for what he calls "vandalism" on WP:AIV. There is no vandalism happening, no reversion of 3 edits on the same page, etc. While I have been editing Scherzos (Chopin), Chip-chip-2020 has interrupted me three times on User talk:Mathsci. The conduct of Chip-chip-2020 can be seen from a report they made on WP:TEA here. Since Chip-chip-2020 has twice tried to post on WP:AIV, might it be possible to give them some advice to prevent this type of misuse AIV. I hope I am speaking to the right person (admin who knows all about AIV). Thanks in advance, Mathsci (talk) 13:22, 11 January 2021 (UTC)
