I've added your 2013 American Scientist article to the reference section of the article for now. May use it to redo portions of the article in the future. Vsmith (talk) 01:16, 27 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Ice Segregation[edit]

Your draft article needs to be written in the form of an encyclopedic article not a scientific essay. It sounds like this is a topic that really interests you and that you feel that it is insufficiently covered in the existing articles on the subject. Whilst I am not familiar with Ice segregation or Needle ice, given your comments on my talkpage maybe a starting point would be to add to the existing article on the subject rather than creating a new article. When there is sufficient information on this matter it could then be hived off to form a new article. You also need to provide more that just a single reference as it appears that some of the wording may have been directly taken from that source, which is a potential copyright infringement. In addition the information should be referenced via inline citations - see Wikipedia's guide to referencing for beginners. I hope that this advice helps - good luck and happy editing.
