Being the head of Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary doesn't appear to satisfy "has held a highest-level elected or appointed administrative post at a major academic institution" and his awards, as far as I can tell, don't seem to satisfy "has received a highly prestigious academic award or honor at a national or international level".

Dear Clarityfiend. Thank you for reviewing my submission. I am puzzled at your comment that "Being the head of Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary doesn't appear to satisfy 'has held a highest-level elected or appointed administrative post at a major academic institution.'" (1) There is no higher elected or appointed administrative post at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary than President, and W. Randall Lolley was its President, from 1974-1988. (2) Wikipedia includes an article about Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, which inclusion implies that the seminary may be regarded as a "major academic institution." / I am further puzzled by your observation that Lolley's "awards, as far as I can tell, don't seem to satisfy 'has received a highly prestigious academic award or honor at a national or International level.'" You will notice that among Lolley's awards is the Alexander Meiklejohn Award for Academic Freedom, presented in 1988 by the American Association of University Professors (AAUP). If you click on this award's name in the list of source citations at the bottom of the submission, you will discover a page listing the reward's recipients since its foundation in 1958. Of 22 recipients through the years, Lolley's name (1988) appears in the company of persons such as presidents Theodore M. Hesburgh of Notre Dame and Molly Corbett Broad of the University of North Carolina. / On these several bases I would suggest that my subject does NOT "fail WP:NACADEMIC." Having an article does not make the seminary a "major academic institution". For example, Sonoma State University has an article, but nobody thinks it's a major school. Similarly the Meiklejohn Award is an obscure award from a low-profile association. A notable honor doesn't have to be a Pulitzer Prize or Fields Medal, but it should attract some media notice. AAUP has more than 500 college and university chapters, 39 state organizations, and 45,000 individual members. Hardly a "low-profile association." The Meiklejohn Award, named to honor Brown University Professor and Amherst College President Alexander Meiklejohn (1872-1964) is the association's principal award for the defense of academic freedom. Hardly "an obscure award." Wikipedia displays articles about both AAUP and Alexander Meiklejohn. / Meanwhile, Wikipedia features articles about former Southeastern Baptist Theological President Paige Patterson, former Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary President Russell Dilday, and current Dean of George W. Truett Seminary Todd D. Still. I don't know about Sonoma State University, but SEBTS, SWBTS, and Truett are all considered major institutions by their parent Baptist denomination, which itself is America's largest non-Catholic confessional body.
