This is an interesting topic and a good start, but you have some key components missing.

Where on the planet are these found? I did a little googling and I mostly see these mentioned in news articles from the Philippines and Vietnam. Is this mainly a Southeast Asian item, or is it found other places?

You have provided no citations at all. We cannot simply publish facts just based on your word, you must clearly cite a source. For example, where you define a marble gun, you could put a footnote citing a news source that describes what a marble gun is. And, for example, if you find a news article about a boy in Vietnam who was killed with a marble gun, you could add a sentence like "In 2013 an eight-year old boy was killed with a marble gun in Vietnam" and then cite the news article as evidence. See WP:Referencing for beginners for how to cite sources.

Neat idea for an article, you just need to make the context clearer, and cite your sources. Even if you know something is a fact, you can only include that fact if you can prove it with a credible source like a newspaper article, mention in a book, etc. Not blogs, not Facebook or Twitter, not "my friend Bob at school" or "my local policeman in my town". Only credible sources are accepted.
