August 2012[edit]

Hello, I'm Michaelzeng7. Wikipedia is written by people who have a wide diversity of opinions, but we try hard to make sure articles have a neutral point of view. Your recent edit to Jawaharlal Nehru seemed less than neutral to me, so I removed it for now. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks, Michaelzeng7 (talk) 15:31, 12 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Reply - The opinion in the article is a quote, which tells others of an important person's views on the matter. We try to make sure the content of the article itself has no opinion whatsoever. That's why I removed your addition. You are very well entitled to your views on the subject, but an encyclopedia is not the place to express them. If you think there is part of that article that does not carry a neutral point of view, please point that out at the article's talk page. Michaelzeng7 (talk) 16:31, 12 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Since when did "neutral point of view" equate to lying? Under the cloak of being "neutral" you are perpetuating a falsehood. I can only wonder at your motives for suppressing the truth. Jay Ravi 1944 (talk) 17:03, 12 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
