{[ping|Jblum1999}} Nice work on your draft. I'm assuming this is supposed to be a new stand-alone article, and my advice follows that.

The main thing you need here is a lead section. You need to start with a succinct statement of what the E and M oscillator model is, and then spend the remainder of the lead section summarizing all the major points of the article. Apart from that, there are a couple formatting things

• You should only capitalize the first word of your section headers
• You should link more terms in the article. The first time a term that's unfamiliar to the average reader comes up, you should include a link so they can learn more about it. Ian (Wiki Ed) (talk) 17:28, 18 April 2019 (UTC)
