LogoAcoma.svg

[edit]

Hi. Just of curiosity, where is the source for the design of File:LogoAcoma.svg? I struggle to find any images of this party or its publications online. --Soman (talk) 22:43, 13 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@Soman: Take a look of this.--Jeromi Mikhael (talk) 02:10, 14 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

GA review

[edit]

Hello, I am Jenhawk777 and I have chosen to review your article for GA status. I think it's an overall good article that only has a few issues with English sentence structure which should be easy to fix. The review is located here: [1] Jenhawk777 (talk) 22:16, 17 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there, I'm pleased to inform you that I've begun reviewing the article Indonesian Christian Student Movement you nominated for GA-status according to the criteria. This process may take up to 7 days. Feel free to contact me with any questions or comments you might have during this period. Message delivered by Legobot, on behalf of Jenhawk777 -- Jenhawk777 (talk) 22:20, 17 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Jeromi a GA review is generally limited to one week. All changes that need to be made should be completed within that time frame. I need to hear from you, see those changes, get some kind of response, or I will be compelled to fail the article which would be a shame. If something has interfered with your ability to deal with this right now, you can of course resubmit at a more convenient time. Five more days! I'm here to help! Jenhawk777 (talk) 17:37, 19 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Oh I'm sorry. Ok.... I'll edit the article. Thanks.--Jeromi Mikhael (talk) 00:46, 20 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Okay, good. Go here [2] and save this address somewhere you can easily access it as that is where we will be communicating on this article. Read the changes I have recommended. If there is anything you don't understand be sure and ask me for further explanation. I will check every day. Make the changes in the article itself and come back and tell me when you have completed them. I will look them over, and if I think they are okay, we will move on and I will give you more to do, until we have worked our way through the whole article. Okay? The article Indonesian Christian Student Movement you nominated as a good article has passed ; see Talk:Indonesian Christian Student Movement for comments about the article. Well done! If the article has not already been on the main page as an "In the news" or "Did you know" item, you can nominate it to appear in Did you know. EYD

[edit]

Hi, thanks for your article Hilman Djajadiningrat. Just a quick note to say that maybe we shouldn't even include the EYD in brackets for members of the Djajadiningrat family. When the law on EYD was enacted, it specifically exempted the spelling of personal names. I realise that Suharto in English Wikipedia uses EYD, but while this is the norm in English-language media, it's highly unusual in Indonesia, where the old spelling is invariably used for Soeharto, both by himself, his family and the general public. I can think of countless other examples where foreign commentators use EYD, but Indonesian ones use the old spelling. I think it's a case of overzealous foreigners trying to apply EYD to everything without knowing that personal names were exempted to begin with from the spelling law. AnakPejuangIndonesia (talk)

@AnakPejuangIndonesia: First of all, thanks for your attention. I've looked at some sources and it seems that Indonesian authors also use the spelling.--Jeromi Mikhael (talk) 16:13, 25 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

covid article(s)

[edit]

please consider that this is a project level discussion required - thanks... JarrahTree 12:28, 27 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@JarrahTree: ok. where should i begin? in the covid19 wikiproject or indonesia?--Jeromi Mikhael (talk) 12:36, 27 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

process wise - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_Indonesia - but there is a small problem - other country projects do have problems with whether regional articles are viable... and then the issue with very low participation level of editors here compared to the id project - that has to be also balanced with the very low level of reliable sources in id project articles compared to the english project... there are multiple issues to deal with... better at the project talk page... JarrahTree 12:45, 27 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@JarrahTree: I think i'll handle several of the articles here...please search indonesian on wikiproject covid and ask the to handle an article for each person.--Jeromi Mikhael (talk) 12:47, 27 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
sorry bingung dari sini - lebih jelas please JarrahTree 12:50, 27 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@JarrahTree: 😂😂😂😂😂😂 wis pakek bahasa indo aja yo...jadi cari editor indo dr covid19 wikiproject, trus minta tiap orang nanganin satu2--Jeromi Mikhael (talk) 12:52, 27 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
hati hati - saya lupa banyak, ada sikit sikit bahasa sekarang - tetapi dengan bahasa - sekarang saya seperti londo orang asing dengan kurang bahasa... the important thing is to realise that here on english wikipedia we need to be very clear that there re very few editors who have the capacity to be bilingual and participate in editing articles about indonesian topics in english wikipedia... of course some bahasa arab, jawa and yang lain always very useful ....
