John Locke did some work in the 80s on tracheotomized infants and their babbling. I can't find the sources 151 and 152 so I can't tell what you have at the moment. I like the intention to add Downs, Autism and infant aphasia/apraxia (babies do have strokes) to the page. Let me know when you have updated your sources.
