Some cookies to welcome you!

Welcome to Wikipedia, Jeyamalini! I am Calaka and have been editing Wikipedia for quite some time. I just wanted to say hi and welcome you to Wikipedia! If you have any questions, feel free to leave me a message on my talk page or by typing {{helpme}} at the bottom of this page. I love to help new users, so don't be afraid to leave a message! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages that you might find helpful:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Oh yeah, I almost forgot, when you post on talk pages you should sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); that should automatically produce your username and the date after your post. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and ask your question there. Again, welcome!

Help Request

[edit]

{{helpme}} My students were searching for the 'emerson effect' I found no wiki article on 'emerson effect' which changed the science of biology so drastically. I had also put up another article 'the indesturctible properties' which is a translated version. Since I am not a native english, I am not able to put in proper english. I anticipate the editors of wikipedia will look both the articles and improve the content so that it si useful to all students. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Jeyamalini (talkcontribs)

There exists an article on both the topics:
Unnative speakers of wikipedia are also welcomed to edit wikipedia.Please edit the articles. Any mistakes will be traced and rectified by our page patarollers. Please be bold in editing wikipedia.
I hope this gives you some idea of how things work. For more help, you can either;
  • Leave a message on my own talk page; OR
  • Use a {{helpme}} - please create a new section at the end of your own talk page, put {{helpme}}, and ask your question - remember to 'sign' your name by putting ~~~~ at the end; OR
  • Talk to us live, with this or this.
Best wishes, --Srinivas 09:58, 7 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The articles don't have references and they are written like a personal essay. It is better that you talk to us live with this. Thank you, --Srinivas 10:05, 7 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
