Mellon Arena
[edit]Do not post rumored info ike you did by adding Armageddon. It was only made official TODAY that Armageddon 2007 will be held in the Mellon Arena. TJ Spyke 00:14, 21 February 2007 (UTC)
Was it just made official today? Cuz I've seen links to it before, and I even had a link as a source before. It wasn't a rumor. And in all actuality, I thought they changed it. Aw well. Jgera5 07:29, 21 February 2007 (UTC)
Hi. When you uploaded Image:Future I-376 Corridor.jpg, you did not specify complete source and copyright information. Another user subsequently tagged it with {{GFDL-presumed}} and, for some time, it has existed on Wikipedia under the assumption that you created the image and you agreed to license it under the GFDL. This assumption, however well-meaning, is not legally sufficient and the tag is being phased out. Images using it are being deleted.
This image has been tagged for deletion and will be deleted in one week if adequate copyright information is not provided.
If you, personally, are the author of this content, meaning that you took the photograph yourself or you created the chart yourself (and it does not use any clipart that you did not create), please retag the image with a free image copyright tag that correctly describes your licensing intentions, usually {{GFDL-self}} or {{PD-self}}. Please also make sure if you have not already done so that you write a good description of what the image depicts, when you took the photo, and other important details. This will allow Wikipedia to continue using the image.
If you did not create the image or if it is derived from the copyrighted works of others, please keep in mind that most images on the internet are copyrighted and are not suitable for use on Wikipedia. Wikipedia respects the copyrights of others and does not use images unless we know that they have been freely licensed. Any creative work is automatically copyrighted, even if it lacks a copyright notice. Unless the copyright holder has specifically disclaimed their rights to the image and released it under the GFDL or another compatible license, we cannot use it. If you did not create the image, and cannot make the image compliant with Wikipedia:Non-free content, simply do nothing and it will be deleted in a week. All other non-free images must follow these rules.
Please feel free to contact me on my talk page or leave a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions with any questions you may have. Thank you. Aksibot 22:05, 2 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit]I apologize, it was not my intent to vandalize the page. What happened was I went back in the history to find the signature moves list that had been removed by vandals and I copied and pasted it. But apparently, I accidentally set it to edit the page from where I retrieved it from, re-adding all the vandalism that had been removed. Again, I'm sorry, I was trying to help but made a mistake. Rogers, Ohio correct information
[edit]Jgera5, Please get the correct information before posting it on a website. Your info about local flea market and auction in Rogers, Ohio closing is totally false. If you would like first hand information call our office at 330-227-3233, and we will be glad to set you straight. The Management. Rogohio
My response: I've since called the owners of the property to get the correct facts. More detailed information can be read here.Jgera5 21:13, 13 August 2007 (UTC)
Since you started the CBS Mandate article, I'm wondering if you have any sources to substantiate the claims made in it. As noted on the talk page, there are some serious problems with the article as it now stands. Pairadox 01:56, 24 August 2007 (UTC)
(originally posted on User talk:Pairadox) You know what? It's been like well over a year since I've even been to that page, as I don't recall since the last time I've been over there. I forgot it even existed.
I've since improved on my Wiki skills. The page could be deleted as unnecessary or something.
Sorry to cause any confusuion.Jgera5 02:01, 24 August 2007 (UTC)
- No confusion and no problem. Everybody improves with experience (well, most ;). I'm just not sure what to do with it; it's pretty well integrated into many other articles (Special:Whatlinkshere/CBS_Mandate) and it's already been through an AfD (Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/CBS_Mandate). I have no doubt that it is a part of the CBS branding, it's just that it really needs some source to bring it up to Verifiablity standards. Of course, with the prevalance of branding, there is the question of how notable this is... Pairadox 04:38, 24 August 2007 (UTC)
Fair use rationale for Image:Logo white bg.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:Logo white bg.jpg. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Alx 91 00:26, 28 August 2007 (UTC)

Your edit to the US Banks template
[edit]Hello. I just wanted to let you know that I temporarily reverted your edit to {{US Banks}}. In an attempt to keep this template focused, and to prevent editors from adding their favourite banks to the list again, the template is directly sourced to the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council's report on the Top 50 bank holding companies. As the current report (dated 30 June 2007) still has Sky in the #46 position, I re-added Sky to the template. Once the FFIEC generates its next report (early October?), we can update the template with all the applicable changes. Please let me know if you have any questions or issues. Thanks, Kralizec! (talk) 03:17, 21 September 2007 (UTC)
- The FFIEC issued their updated third-quarter list, and the {{US Banks}} template has been updated. Thanks for your help! --Kralizec! (talk) 00:20, 3 October 2007 (UTC)
I noticed your little edit war. Please stop. The general consensus here is that the timelines will not extend past 2008 at this point. If you have a problem with that, please take it to Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Automobiles instead of continually re-adding dubious information. --Sable232 01:52, 5 October 2007 (UTC)
See WP:V. You need a reliable published source. --NE2 05:30, 11 October 2007 (UTC)
- That's right; you need to cite somewhere that they've published that. Plans can change, and there will certainly be sources to cite when the changes are made. --NE2 05:37, 11 October 2007 (UTC)
New Castle High School
[edit]Hello jgera5! I wanted to let you know that I reverted your change to the List of high schools in Pennsylvania page in which New Castle High School was redlinked. The only reason I did is because the other schools without a wikipedia page haven't been redlinked either. I have been torn on this for a few weeks now. Do you think we should just redlink the remaining schools or let them remain unlinked althogether? It doesn't make sense to only redlink a few schools here and there, am I right? I'd love to hear your feedback.Bmstephany 16:24, 12 October 2007 (UTC)
New Castle
[edit]Thanks for the note. I completely agree with you concerning the list of high schools in PA. Many other list have all the schools linked (either directly to wikipedia articles or redlinked). If I get time I will go through and redlink the rest of the schools, or you can do so if you get time. Also, good call on the clean up of the New Castle, Pennsylvania page. Some people totally abuse the use of "notability." Peace!Bmstephany 14:53, 13 October 2007 (UTC)
Speedy deletion of Vocelli Pizza
[edit]If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the article (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. AvruchTalk 23:51, 20 November 2007 (UTC)
- Just FYI, I added a {{hangon}} tag to this article and placed an entry on its talk page. Cheers. ++Arx Fortis (talk) 23:57, 20 November 2007 (UTC)

AfD nomination of Vocelli Pizza
[edit]Vocelli Pizza, an article you created, has been nominated for deletion. We appreciate your contributions. However, an editor does not feel that Vocelli Pizza satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in the nomination space (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and the Wikipedia deletion policy). Your opinions on the matter are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Vocelli Pizza and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). You are free to edit the content of Vocelli Pizza during the discussion but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion discussion. Thank you. AvruchTalk 00:10, 21 November 2007 (UTC)
- Currently, it looks as though the AfD will result in keeping the article. I agreed that the article met WP:notability and originally placed the {{hangon}} tag. IMHO, it was a good contribution.
- However, in the near future, you may want to re-visit WP:civility in relation to your comments here and here. It is best to stick with the facts concerning the article. Personal attacks and statements to the effect of "I'm more experienced at Wikipedia than you," should be avoided. All discussions should be kept on the article's talk page or the AfD entry. Cheers. ++Arx Fortis (talk) 17:12, 21 November 2007 (UTC)
Thank you for your additions to Steelers season history
[edit]Helllo Jgera5-
I wanted to thank you for your additions to the pages that I have created on the Steelers' seasons. I've taken some of your additions and applied them to all of the pages.
As it seems that you have an interest in the pages, you might want to weigh in on an AfD request on 1978 Pittsburgh Steelers season
Thank you very much, Fruminous (talk) 07:44, 26 November 2007 (UTC)

Re:NFL Rivalries
[edit]Believe me I agree 100% with you. However I have talked with an administrator and they told me the logos cannot be used on the Rivalry pages. I mean what else can we possibly use as picture on the pages? I'll talk to the admin again and try and figure something out. I'm going to revert back to no logos just until I can't get more understanding from the administrator. Edit2: Actually I'll just wait for your respone before I do. HoosierState 05:31, 28 December 2007 (UTC)
- Once again I agree, I talked with Pats1 earlier after I added the logos back to Colts-Patriots rivalry and they reverted it back. I asked if this page's logos have to be removed then why not the rest. They told me they all should be removed but they kept getting re-added by users. If you want you could talk to Pats and see where you get because I don't really want to keep bugging them. Let me know how it goes ;) HoosierState 05:41, 28 December 2007 (UTC)
