"As we enter the month of February, in 2023, it is evident that I, the owner of the account known as "Jhonh3360," have not abused, exploited, or socked multiple accounts for the past four and a half years, ever since my final sock accounts were blocked from Wikipedia in August 2018. It is clear that while I am infinitely blocked and banned from the community, I believe it is time that I get accepted back in. I think we can conclude that it is time for me to start over on the same main account that was a haven for vandalism and made all those pointless insults, attacks on other users, incredibly vandalistic and unpleasant edits, and pointless talk page edits, as I've lately returned to Wikipedia to research several topics. I apologize for all the stupid things I did, especially and including the stuff I mentioned before. I am aware of what I did and know there is nothing I can do to undo what happened. It was a waste of time for the administrators to deal with it, when they might have spent that time improving Wikipedia. I firmly believe that being permitted back and being able to finally be a productive editor would be ideal given how long it has been since my block and how I look back on it."
