You may want to move the article over to your sandbox while you improve it. We have fairly strict policies on biographies of living persons, and generally you need to have references that show why the person is notable before an article is warranted. Sorry - I didn't realize that there was a way to hold it as a draft in sandbox. Could someone let me know how to do so?

Done. Your draft article is now at User:Jia0488/Sandbox. You can continue to edit it and refine it and - most importantly - add reliable sources that show why the subject is notable. Once you've got it in good shape, have someone look at it and give you feedback. Then it can be moved back to the article space at its original title. Good luck.
