You did it 98% correct. The reason they were not showing up was because you also have to add a section formatted like this:

==References==
<References />

This will make the cites you added show up in a separate section. I've already added the section in the article, this is just for future reference.--Isotope23 14:13, 25 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Ah. I lived in Detroit years ago, so I'm pretty familiar with the Detroit music scene and a lot of the principle players (many of them bar tended at places I hung out; I can't watch a White Stripes video without thinking of Meg serving me bourbon on the rocks). It's just funny to see someone not from Detroit interested and knowledgeable about the scene.--Isotope23 17:04, 25 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
