Speedy deletion nomination of User:Jindalbiotech[edit]

Contested deletion[edit]

This page is not unambiguously promotional, because the page simply provide information about a medical manufacturing unit and simply having a page on a company or product in one's userspace does not qualify a userpage for deletion. Please suggest if a citation would be required.

Actually, it does qualify it for deletion, as your user page is a place to tell about yourself as a Wikipedia user or editor. It is not article space or place to draft an article. Please also understand that Wikipedia is not for merely providing information. Wikipedia summarizes what independent reliable sources with significant coverage have chosen on their own to say about(in this case) a company, showing how it meets the special Wikipedia definition of a notable company. Wikipedia is not interested in what a company wants to say about itself(you can do that on the company website). Press releases, staff interviews, the company website, brief mentions, announcements of routine business transactions, and other primary sources do not establish notability. 331dot (talk) 09:13, 19 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
