How does creating an article for the first time work?

[edit]

I'm trying to post a new article for the first time. It's in my sandbox. What is the next step for it to be approved? I've met all of the guidelines for notability. Jkronser (talk) 01:01, 17 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there! To nominate the draft for review, you can paste this code to the top of the page: {{subst:afc submission/submit}} and then hit save page. It doesn't matter whether the code is above or below the sandbox template. The article will then be pending for review. At some point it will probably be moved to a different title in the Articles for Creation category. This is just so that it will be found by reviewers who will review it for you, and you'll be given a link to the new title. Hope this answers your question - feel free to ask anything else on my talkpage. OohBunnies! Leave a message 01:05, 17 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Your article submission Lisa Weyerhaeuser

[edit]

Hello Jkronser. It has been over six months since you last edited your article submission, entitled Lisa Weyerhaeuser.

The page will shortly be deleted. If you plan on editing the page to address the issues raised when it was declined and resubmit it, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}} or {{db-g13}} code. Please note that Articles for Creation is not for indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you want to retrieve it, copy this code: {{subst:Refund/G13|Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Lisa Weyerhaeuser}}, paste it in the edit box at this link, click "Save", and an administrator will in most cases undelete the submission.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. HasteurBot (talk) 15:01, 20 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
