Polyamines in plant stress

[edit]

Hi. Nice start on your article, but I was wondering why you created a new article instead of expanding the existing polyamine article. I think this would be a better route, but if you want to create a stand-alone article, you need to make a few changes to yours.

  1. Your article currently lacks a lead section. The lead section should start with a one-sentence summary of the topic, and follow with a summary of all the major points in the article. See pages 7-9 of the Editing Wikipedia guide for more information.
  2. Your article currently has an introduction, which Wikipedia articles don't have. Information that exists in the main polyamine article should just be linked to.
  3. You need to include in-line references. You currently have a list of references at the end of the article, but this isn't all that useful to readers. They need to be able to connect each statement in the article with a supporting source. If you need a refresher, I recommend that you revisit the Evaluation Articles and Sources training module.
  4. You should also add a brief summary of your article to the main polyamine article with a link to your article for readers who want to learn more. Ian (Wiki Ed) (talk) 13:48, 17 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
