Welcome!

[edit]

Hello, Jlynnee, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Ian and I work with the Wiki Education Foundation; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.

I hope you enjoy editing here. If you haven't already done so, please check out the student training library, which introduces you to editing and Wikipedia's core principles. You may also want to check out the Teahouse, a community of Wikipedia editors dedicated to helping new users. Below are some resources to help you get started editing.

Plant-based diet

[edit]

As diet affects human health, you need strong sources to support changes to the article. See WP:MEDRS as the guide, and further this tutorial may help. You should also check articles on the "antioxidants" you discussed, as most of your choices are not proven to be antioxidants in vivo. As a new editor, you should practice further in your sandbox and introduce individual sections first on the Talk page to allow other editors opportunity to review and check the content and sources. If you have questions, you can ask them here. Thanks. --Zefr (talk) 18:54, 9 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
