ArbCom 2018 election voter message

Hello, Jmjacobyfan. Voting in the 2018 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23.59 on Sunday, 3 December. All users who registered an account before Sunday, 28 October 2018, made at least 150 mainspace edits before Thursday, 1 November 2018 and are not currently blocked are eligible to vote. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. January 2021

Hi Jmjacobyfan! I noticed that you recently marked an edit as minor at Elise Stefanik that may not have been. "Minor edit" has a very specific definition on Wikipedia – it refers only to superficial edits that could never be the subject of a dispute, such as typo corrections or reverting obvious vandalism. Any edit that changes the meaning of an article is not a minor edit, even if it only concerns a single word. Please see Help:Minor edit for more information. Thank you. Hey, I know you're acting in good faith and I really do sympathise but the fact is that multiple editors previously agreed on the version currently being used, and the content you want to add is not represented elsewhere in the body of the article so doesnt belong in the lead per project rules.
