I like how you included an article evaluation - I will most likely go back and evaluate my article in a similar to see if any other major changes need to be made. Additonally, all your facts are well sourced. The pictures you included help with understanding the pathway.
Suggested changes:
- I would include this sentence: "The classical pathway is distinct from the other complement pathways in its unique activation triggers and cascade sequence." first in the section about the cascade. I think it would better introduce the section.
- If the proteins you talk about have their own pages, I think it would be beneficial to link them.
- Under clinical significance: you mention C1INH for the first time in the article - maybe explain what this is. Additionally, in the last bullet you mention how certain situations can activate the pathway. I think it would be valuable to know if this is a good or a bad thing.
