There have been two problems with this account: the account has been used for advertising or promotion, which is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia, and your username indicates that the account represents a business or other organisation or group, which is also against policy, as an account must be for just one person. Request reason:

Hi! I just want to add a brief description of the nationwide software. This will not be promotional, but I hope to place it on Wikipedia so anyone who looks it up knows what it is— simply a software that festivals license. I plan to add articles regarding the controversies surrounding it in hopes of debunking that ZAPP unfairly juries artists into events, which they do not.
