The copyright holder is usually the creator, the creator's employer, or the last person who was transferred ownership rights. Copyright information on images is signified using copyright templates. The three basic license types on Wikipedia are open content, public domain, and fair use. About the two above images[edit]

Since they both appear to be the same, please consider using {{db-author}} to request that one of them be deleted.

As far as authorization to use the images, that is going to necessary for them to be here. In order for an image to be used on Wikipedia, it needs to have a free license (Public domain, GFDL, etc) or qualify for "fair use" under WP:FAIR.
