What I'm really trying to do for now is have this page that I created be a stub on the city of East Lansing's page. I basically would just like to have a page or stub that I can link to the Summer Solstice Jazz Festival posting, located in a sub category on the Wikipedia page for East Lansing. I understand that it's not meeting requirements right now, so I'm trying to find a place to start until I can gather more sources.
